We do not keep your personal information and do not provide to any third party. We do not keep your email address and contact number, for any newsletter and promotion.

Terms Of Use

  1. No Refund – Once product sold, no refund, no returns, no exchange or cancellations. We can cancel or terminate the order, when below requirements.
  2. Understanding – You should very clear the differences in between Caricature and Portrait meaning here. You must understand very well the Artist workflow.
  3. Delivery – Local delivery services.
  4. Media Sharing – We will share the drawings progress and final artwork on Site and social media platform. We keep Client face pixelated.
  5. Rights – We own the rights on the drawing. You can use the drawing for private purposes. Fault use onto business purpose, this is prohibit.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

The following items can’t be returned, due the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery.  Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Buyers must be very clear about Caricature & Portrait here and Artist drawing style. This is human nature hand art/drawing services provided by Artist. Time and spirit nature consuming. Buyers got to choose wisely. The following items once sold, is no refund:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads

Cancellations

I gladly accept cancellation within 1 days of purchase. Artist might terminate/cancel your order, if buyers hit below Photo Requirements.

Delivery & Shipping

Local Shipping

Typically 3-5 working days for local shipping. Mostly using Pos Laju.

International Shipping

Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes.
